We are venting 40 kilograms of superheated steam, and we plan to use a pilot valve with piston rings. Has anyone used such a setup before? What brand? What material is used for the valve internals?

The pressure isn’t very high, so a control valve will suffice; any of the domestic brands will work. For the valve internals, 304 or 316 can be used.
