Do flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables need to be sent for third-party testing?

As the title suggests, in addition to the factory certification and test certificates, do the cables used in the project need to be sent for third-party inspection as well? And which specific standard is it?
It should be tested; many factory certificates of conformity do not necessarily indicate that the product is qualified.
After checking, neither the GB 50093-2013 Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automation Instrumentation Projects nor the SH 3521-2013 Technical Specifications for Construction of Petrochemical Instrumentation Projects require third-party inspection; only compliance with the design requirements is specified.
Does that standard have corresponding requirements?
The previous projects were never inspected. A colleague told me that the quality inspection station for one of the projects required inspections, and they even mentioned a certain GB standard; the relevant provisions are in that standard, but I’ve forgotten which one exactly.
I couldn’t find it either, so I’m coming to ask
I didn’t conduct any tests on my previous projects either; it was the manufacturer who provided the test data for those projects
