It must shut down automatically, with all the key hazard parameters involved in the interlock mechanism
When the associated interlock is set to automatic mode, and the parameters related to that interlock exceed the specified values, an interlock output signal is generated, causing the valves related to that interlock to act automatically! When the ESD-related interlock is set to manual mode, it is generally necessary to press the double confirmation button first, and then press the relevant interlock button before the associated valves will operate!
Most ESD products are imported; their node signals are normally open, which is the opposite of the normally closed node signals used in domestic products. Do not plug or unplug cable connectors or network cables casually.
It’s best to turn it off automatically; if done manually, it won’t serve any emergency purpose
It shuts down automatically due to out-of-limit process parameters or unit parameters. In some special situations (such as a sudden fire), it is possible to press the emergency stop button on the control panel.
Manual operation is also part of the safety interlock system; if the process variables exceed their limits, shutdown should occur automatically, but manual shutdown is also possible for other reasons.
