Steam drum level differential transmitter

The drum equipment is equipped with a glass plate local level gauge and a remote-transmitted level differential transmitter. However, every time the machine is started, the on-site reaction shows that the drum plate level gauge indicates a level much lower than that indicated by the remote-level sensor. Under what circumstances does this phenomenon occur? How should I deal with this?
When the machine is first started, the density of the medium differs from normal, causing a discrepancy between the transmitter reading and the reading on the glass panel.
A differential pressure transmitter measures pressure in order to determine the liquid level; since it is pressure that is used, density has a significant impact on fluctuations in the liquid level. There is significant disturbance while driving, so the liquid level is off
Considering that some water in the pressure tap pipe on the low-pressure side may evaporate, it is best to fill it with water before starting up the system
I agree with what was said above; it is related to both the density of the medium inside the tank and the density within the gauge. I’m not familiar with your on-site processing procedures, but water in the pressure guide tube can also affect the measurements
When the pump is first started, the temperature of the water inside the steam drum is different from the normal value, and the density of the water is also different from the density used in calculating the differential pressure range; as a result, the reading displayed by the differential pressure transmitter differs significantly from the actual liquid level on site.
