2017 Annual Work Summary – Instrument Design Engineer Time flies; in the blink of an eye, 2017 is coming to an end, and a new year is about to begin. As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, in order to work harder and acquire more knowledge and skills in the coming year, I have reflected on my achievements and shortcomings over the past year, which are summarized as follows: Work and learning goals serta direction for progress: My professional knowledge and technical skills need to be improved in the new year; these will be enhanced through diligent study and by gaining experience through practice, thereby allowing me to develop and improve myself. I hope to have time to study the standards related to instruments more thoroughly, as well as to deepen my understanding of chemical engineering principles and process control. Additionally, I need to engage in more discussions with those specializing in process engineering. Regarding projects, 1) I will work wholeheartedly to support the project’s progress ； 2. Technical issues should be resolved promptly to accelerate progress. Additionally, the automation team should get involved after the process or other related teams have completed a certain amount of work; the overall design is carried out based on the functional requirements and objectives of the process project. The work related to instrumentation takes place in the later stages of the project, and it requires cooperation from other teams involved in the process pipelines. It is important to create favorable conditions for instrumentation as early as possible, so that it can better keep up with the project timeline and facilitate the proper design of the instrumentation systems. Areas for improvement: Over the course of this year, I feel that it is necessary to standardize the conditions provided for various teams, ensuring that they are met according to the established schedule. I will continue to learn, strive to improve my working skills, enhance communication with other teams, and boost work efficiency. Suggestions for improving the company’s reform and development management system: The operation of projects relies on the guidance of the company’s policies, and it requires the full cooperation of all departments as well as the active participation of every employee. It is recommended to provide employees with regular training in business skills and professional abilities, as well as cultural education activities, in order to increase their knowledge base, enhance their overall capabilities, and strengthen team cohesion. Since our company is still in its growth phase, all tasks are carried out under tight deadlines, and management and institutional frameworks are not yet fully developed. However, as the company continues to grow, through proper employee training, the establishment of standardized processes, and the implementation of systematic management practices, everyone will be able to follow established rules, and I believe the company will gradually get on track. The insights into the **spirit of learning can also be seen in *’s report, where there are important discussions and references regarding party building, ideological and political work, as well as moral development. To do a good job in communication, I believe it can be summarized as follows: First, know what you have; to be effective in communication, one must be strong oneself. One needs to continuously improve one’s skills, keep learning – whether through theoretical knowledge or practical experience – and make an effort to do so on one’s own ； Secondly, knowing how to deliver something – a good process of ideological education requires giving from the heart, using the best methods and words, and presenting things to the other party at the most appropriate time, so as to achieve better communication and interaction results. Just as in design, one needs to convey their professional design concepts to those from other fields, so that they can work together to complete the project successfully and to perfection. There are many more principles related to the content of **record* reports; we must study them carefully, implement them, and gradually understand them thoroughly. With the guidance of these general principles for **record* reports, we will make greater progress on the path of reform and development, the people will become happier, and China will become even more prosperous and strong! Summary of main tasks: 1. Phase II project of the Guangdong Provincial Comprehensive Hazardous Waste Treatment Demonstration Center; 2. Fire protection renovation project for Phase I of the Guangdong Provincial Comprehensive Hazardous Waste Treatment Demonstration Center; 3. Coal-to-gas conversion project for the boiler room at Beifang Jinheng Chemical Factory; 4. Renovation project of the painting booth No. 3 at Tianjin 712 Communication and Broadcasting Co., Ltd.; 5. Initiator production project at Tangshan Gaotian Chemical Additives Co., Ltd.; 6. Renovation project of the Xinhuixiang foundry workshop at Tianjin Xinhuixiang Industrial Co., Ltd.; 7. Expansion and renovation project by Inner Mongolia Tiannai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to build a facility capable of producing 5,000 tons per year of traditional Chinese and Mongolian medicines, as well as 1,000 tons per year of vitamin B1 and related products. In 2017, although certain achievements were made, there were still many shortcomings that required further analysis and improvement. Only by properly summarizing the past can we better serve the future. 　 Building on the past, we will continue to contribute to the company’s development.
