I’m not sure what the problem is; it’s not clear to me This diagram includes the display signals of DCS and SIS. In the first diagram, U1006 is the on/off valve; UY1006 is the solenoid valve for this on/off valve, which is controlled by the SIS logic, and the DCS displays the on/off status of U1006
In this diagram, the switch status of UV1009 is displayed on the SIS, and UV1009 is controlled by a DCS switch as well as the button HS1017.

This is a schematic diagram in a PID diagram showing the valve signals that are involved in the interlock system; the interlock number is IS107. The first diagram is rather blurry; it is also a schematic of valve interlocking. The difference from the second diagram is that valve feedback should not be part of the interlocking mechanism. Generally, markings with IS indicate circuits that are involved in interlocking logic, while those in the DCS system should be marked as I, without an S.

The trigger conditions are the on-site switch and DCS soft switch, while the actuator is a shut-off valve with valve position feedback.
