For the pressure tap tubes of the EJA double-flange level transmitter, there are pressure tap tubes with a length of 2 meters on both the low-pressure side and the high-pressure side. What kind of protective tube should be used around these pressure tap tubes?
An angle iron can be installed to fix the capillary inside it.
The medium inside such capillaries is silicone oil; no special insulation is required. It is only necessary to ensure that the pressure lead tubes are not subjected to any external forces. They can be placed inside the angle steel and led downward to the transmitter.

For the JA double-flange level transmitter, are there pressure tap pipes with a length of 2 meters on both the low-pressure side and the high-pressure side? ? ? ? Is a pressure lead this long really necessary? If it is indeed such a long pressure lead, insulation is required; but if it’s not a pressure lead but rather a capillary tube, no such treatment is needed.

It’s a capillary, filled with silicone oil, fluorine oil, or ethylene glycol or something similar; check the model to find out what type of silicone oil they have used If it’s ordinary silicone oil with a temperature range of -30 to 210 degrees Celsius, then there’s no need to worry about it; what matters most is the temperature of your environment! If the outdoor temperature is particularly low in winter, wrap it with electric heating tape!
Actually, if you’re not afraid of mechanical damage, no protection is needed. Generally, angle steel is used, and then plastic straps are used to tie it to the angle steel
