Seeking help regarding a fault with a Siemens valve positioner

With the Siemens SP2 valve positioner, after restoring the factory settings via the menu, the valve does not respond when the + button is pressed manually (it is normal for P6 to be between 5 and 9). What could be the reason? Use the gas source to directly test the control valve; it can be turned on and off without getting stuck.

I have repaired some positioners; I’d like to understand this phenomenon so as to avoid making unnecessary mistakes.
The air supply pressure is probably not sufficient; check it
