There is a Rosemount transmitter on site for measuring flow rate; the flow meter is of the venturi type, and the medium flowing through it is propylene gas. The transmitter is installed at the bottom. There used to be liquid accumulation, and now liquid is poured from the bottom up. Are there any other solutions?
A condensation collection tank is placed before the pressure tap enters the transmitter, with a drain valve at its bottom for regular drainage.
“Let it pour from below to above” then you’ll get white. . . Pour it on top, and you’re done for good. You will never have “fluid buildup” again in your life. What more “good solution” are you looking for? I don’t understand what you’re trying to do…… Are you thinking that you’ll only feel it’s a good thing if you have a girlfriend to play with? {:2_42:}
The installation was incorrect from the start. For differential pressure flow meters installed in horizontal pipelines, if they are used to measure liquids and steam, the transmitter should be located below the pipeline to ensure that there are no bubbles in the pressure tapping pipes; whereas if they are used to measure gases, the transmitter should be placed above the pipeline to prevent liquid accumulation in those pipes. To avoid having to drain this liquid accumulation frequently in the future, it is necessary to change the installation location
If it’s poured on top, will the range change? The pressure guide tube will need to be adjusted again
The installation has absolutely nothing to do with the differential pressure range
If the vehicle is running, it is not possible to replace the pressure guide tube; in such cases, heating can be applied temporarily to force vaporization.
Do the range settings on that pressure guide tube need to be reset?
