The signal output by a differential pressure transmitter is sent to two DCS systems via a distributor, but why might the readings at these two systems differ? How to solve it?
It might be due to differences in the output from the distributor or issues with the DCS settings; standard instruments can be used to calibrate the readings from the distributor and those displayed by the DCS.
Are the currents in the two paths the same? It’s normal for the two outputs of a signal separator not to be exactly the same, right?

In summary, industrial-grade components with standard precision are used; if the difference between the readings from the two channels is within 2% of the full scale, there’s no need to worry about it.

Try a different signal distributor; if that doesn’t work, measure the current to check for any issues with the wiring, or there may be a problem with the card slot
