Solution to Honey PKS output initialization fault

In the Honeywell PKS system, the AO output signal is used; the device connected on-site is a power regulator for the heater. A safety barrier is used for isolation between them. During operation, the DCS may experience channel initialization, and re-wiring will not resolve this issue. It is necessary to set the channel to INactive first, and then activate it again, after which the fault is resolved. It has occurred several times, and the reason is unclear; please, experts, offer some advice!
Initialization means an open circuit for output; check the wiring of the AO output, or ensure that all related devices are set to a disconnected state
The wiring is fine, and even after rewiring, the problem persists; current still cannot be supplied. Normal output can be achieved only after the channel is reactivated once.
We have encountered this problem as well. All kinds of methods were tried, and in the end, changing the card resolved the issue.
