The client workstations using the CS3000 system in the company can record historical data at a rate of one sample per second for up to 90 days. However, after the computer’s hard drive failed, I reinstalled it using previously backed up image files to create a new hard drive; everything worked fine when the computer was turned on, but the historical data could only be recorded for the past 2 days. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is it necessary to download certain things from the engineer workstation onto the client side after reinstalling the computer? Thank you all
Traditional characters are too hard to read. First, check whether your computer has been assigned the long-term trend LHS6510 – can all the data points be viewed over a period of three days? For points with a 1-second sampling interval, if no long-term trend authorization is available, only 48 hours of data can be viewed. If it can be viewed for three days, that indicates an LHS6510 license is available. It is recommended that you set the historical data archiving path in the longterm field under.SH.

Before the computer broke down, historical trends could be viewed for 90 days, but now only 2 days’ worth of data is available for each point. It was the client workstation that failed, so after reinstalling it, is it necessary to download certain things from the engineer workstation to the client side? The historical trends on the engineer workstation are currently normal, and data samples taken every second can also be viewed for 90 days. Also, may I ask how to determine whether a computer has been assigned an LHS6510 license for long-term trend analysis? Where should I check? Thank you
