Consider replacing it with an electromagnetic flowmeter or an ultrasonic flowmeter; these two types of flowmeters have no moving parts, thus avoiding jamming issues. At the same time, they are also suitable for various types of liquids, and their maintenance is relatively simple. If changing the type is not feasible, please check whether the installation location of the rotameter and the pipes are appropriate, as well as to perform regular cleaning and maintenance. .
Try adding a spring damper at the top.
