A qualification certificate is required for measurement or project acceptance, but no such certificate is needed for routine maintenance and debugging
There are no specific qualification requirements for personnel to carry out instrument calibration.
For transmitters, metal thermometers and other instruments purchased on-site, the supervisor said that personnel must have the qualifications to perform adjustments, but I heard from a colleague that this requirement was removed last year
