Equipment that requires combustion under negative pressure, such as ordinary industrial rotary kilns and secondary combustion chambers, needs to be equipped with a corresponding negative pressure gauge. In some cases, a differential pressure gauge is used, which measures the pressure difference between the inside of the equipment and the external environment; it displays this value on-site and sends a signal to the control room. So, besides differential pressure gauges, what are some other common negative pressure measuring instruments?
In fact, all pressure transmitters are differential pressure transmitters that measure negative pressure relative to vacuum; there’s no difference, well, at least in principle. Additionally, ordinary transmitters with a 3051 design will work; as long as they are not of the direct-connected type, they can generally measure both positive and negative pressures – simply adjust the range using the handheld controller.

Generally, a negative pressure of -50 to -100 kPa is sufficient; a differential pressure transmitter can be used for this purpose. Thank you for your helpful response.
