We have too few instrument technicians in our factory, so it’s very difficult to handle valve-related tasks. The management plans to outsource the valve maintenance work across the entire plant to specialized valve maintenance companies. As far as we know, only Wuzhong Instruments is available; do anyone have any other manufacturers to recommend? Thank you
It depends on whether there is enough quantity, as well as on whether the maintenance is required for the valve body or the actuator, and whether it is electric or pneumatic. If there is enough space, you can rent a piece of land at your site and set up a repair workshop for maintenance and production. Also, the scope of valve repairs, prices, and profit margins. Are you looking for Wu Zhong Instrument to repair valves? I’m not sure if it’s the right fit :)
It seems you’re in the western region; how should I put it, the local options are better there
What kind of factory is yours? For instrument-related work, maintaining valves should mainly involve dealing with accessories, so it shouldn’t be too difficult
This definitely fits perfectly – WuZhong Instruments not only manufactures valves but also has a dedicated team for maintenance work. As far as we know, for Maoming Sinopec and Huizhou CNOOC Shell, the maintenance of valves is outsourced to them. They were the first to engage in this business.
Thank you for the reply. So how do you repair problems with the valve stem, valve core, and valve seat?
Mechanical repairs are handled by the mechanical engineering team, while the accessories are under the responsibility of the instrumentation team
The mechanical engineering field is divided into stationary machinery and rotating machinery; stationary machinery is further categorized into containers and pipe valves, with the valve machinery part being handled by pipe valve assemblies
There are many valve repair companies, such as Wuzhong, Chuanyi, Fan’s, and so on
