For my watch, the PV value remains zero; the watch head is new. Could it be that the original component is blocked? No differential pressure formed?
The image isn’t very clear; on the first row of the handheld controller, does the device status indicate \"failed\"? It seems that the switch status of the three-valve assembly on the instrument is incorrect.
The proprietary explosion-proof plug hasn’t been installed; even though it’s an intrinsically safe instrument, it’s still too dangerous! As for why it’s zero, there are many reasons: the pipes are blocked, the three-valve assembly isn’t properly adjusted, or the high and low pressure connections are incorrect. . . . . . I don’t know either; it needs to be taken apart and checked to rule things out step by step.
Close the root valve and remove it for inspection; an open balance valve, reversed pressure tapping pipes, or blockages can all cause abnormal readings from the gauge
If both the valve assembly and the pipelines have been checked and show no problems, it’s best to remove the gauge for verification; the gauge itself might also be damaged
A new table has been replaced. Is it possible that the target has broken or become deformed?
The possibility is very low. Check the high and low pressure sides to see if they are installed correctly. If so, you can first open the balance valve, then close it gradually while checking whether there is any change. If no change occurs, it’s possible that the pressure guide tube is blocked
