We currently have an electromagnetic flowmeter of the HY-LDE-100 model in use, and it has been observed that the cumulative flow rate recorded is higher than the actual value. I would appreciate it if experts could advise me on which parameters need to be adjusted in order to reduce this error. Urgent assistance needed online~!
Is the installation up to standard? The straight sections before and after, as well as whether the pipe is full or not, also have an impact. It is normal to have some deviations, after all, there are issues related to measurement accuracy. If it really can’t be accepted, it has to be sent to the relevant institution for calibration; adjusting the parameters is also a trial-and-error process, and such adjustments are generally not made lightly – if they are made at all, they should be done during calibration.
If you want to reduce the measurement value, it’s simple: just adjust the pipe diameter parameter to a smaller value. You can make small changes first; if your pipe has a diameter of 100, change it to 98. I’m not sure how much the difference will be per day. After making the change, check the cumulative value over 24 hours to see if it meets your requirements; if not, make further adjustments

After making this change, if you find that the flow rate is again \"inaccurate\", you will modify it once more. Over time, can the data measured by this flow meter still be reliable? Alternatively, a flow meter with accurate and reliable measurement capabilities (whose precision should not be lower than that of the flow meter to be adjusted) can be connected in series in the pipeline as a reference for comparison, thereby allowing the adjustment of the flow meter’s coefficient; such adjustments are relatively well-founded.
