I would like to ask if anyone who is an expert has used level gauges for atmospheric pressure oil tanks from brands such as E+H, Enraf, Rosemount, and Siemens (servo or radar types). What are the accuracy and reliability levels in actual use? In particular, I’m interested in the reliability of high-precision products as well as the ease of adjustment.
Personally, I think ROSEMOUNT is still okay.
I have learned that E+H, Enraf, Rosemount, and Siemens are all well-known manufacturers of level gauges, and they all offer products for measuring the level in oil tanks at atmospheric pressure. In terms of accuracy and reliability, products from these brands generally offer high accuracy and reliability. They utilize advanced measurement technologies and reliable electronic devices to provide accurate liquid level readings, and exhibit good stability and durability over long periods of use. For high-precision products, they usually have higher precision requirements and more functional options to meet the needs of different applications. These products are typically equipped with high-performance sensors and advanced signal processing capabilities, which enable more accurate level measurements as well as finer control and adjustment of the liquid level. As for the ease of adjustment, the products from these brands usually come equipped with user-friendly interfaces and operational features that allow users to make settings and calibrations conveniently. In addition, they also provide various communication interfaces and remote monitoring functions, facilitating remote configuration and monitoring by users. Overall, the atmospheric oil tank level gauge products from these brands perform well in terms of accuracy, reliability, and ease of adjustment. However, the specific choice should also be based on actual application requirements and budget considerations; user reviews and engineers’ suggestions can be used as a guide for making decisions. .
Domestic atmospheric pressure oil tank level gauge products also perform well in terms of accuracy and reliability, but they are not considered to be high-precision products by comparison
Tiankang is also good; it supports domestic products
Is it Anhui Tiankang? It seems to me that they only have glass tubes, float balls, and magnetic flip switches, which aren’t very suitable for large oil depots
For servos, E+H and Honeywell are recommended; Guided wave radar: Rossmount is recommended
For inquiries regarding Huayi Aofeng radar level gauges, please feel free to contact us
For atmospheric pressure tanks, the radars from these manufacturers will work; for measuring gases, an Enraf servo level gauge is used.
I think these companies’ products can all be used for measuring pressure vessels at normal pressure; it comes down to price and cost-performance, with your budget determining your choice
