In the c3000 system, the platinum resistor displays IOP at regular intervals; simply unplug the red wire and plug it back in again to fix the issue.
Try a different resistor; if the IOP issue persists, try a different channel.

IOP is an indication of an open circuit or short circuit; accordingly, check the thermistor, wiring, safety barrier, and channels using the elimination method.
It seems to be a case of soft breakdown of the thermal resistor; only by replacing it can the problem be completely resolved.
