Metso ND7000 locator failure

The positioner is a Metso ND7000; it was reinstalled after being replaced. When the opening is at 50%, the feedback rod is horizontal. During automatic verification after installation as well as manual verification, it got stuck in process 11, and the verification could not be completed. “The signal from the process verifier” works fine when it is turned on. There is no problem with the signal increasing from 4MA to 20MA. But for example, if I set it to 15MA now and want to close the valve a little, by setting it to 14MA or 13MA, the valve will close all the way to 0, and then open back to the set signal value of 14MA or 13MA. As long as the valve is closed, it means the signal is decreasing; the valve will close to 0, and it will open to the specified signal, regardless of how much the signal decreases.
I haven’t used Metso’s positioners before… But by referring to its instructions/manual, it should be possible to resolve the issue where neither automatic nor manual calibration works
