The linear scale factor doesn’t correspond to the numerical scale factor, right? Take a look at how to change the linear scale to a numerical scale

Scale 1: The linear scale has 7.5 segments, each segment being 1 cm, representing 10 m of actual distance. That is: 1 cm = 10 m, 1 cm = 1000 cm; hence, the scale is 1:1000. Where does the numerical scale of 1:750 at the bottom of the linear scale come from? The case of scale 2 is the same as scale 1. Scale 3: The linear scale has 5 segments, each 1 cm long, representing 1 meter of actual distance. That is: 1 cm = 1 m, 1 cm = 100 cm; hence, the ratio is 1:100. Where does the numerical scale of 1:50 at the bottom of the linear scale come from?
I understand your confusion now. When I was looking at it, I simply treated the line segment on top as a ruler. According to your algorithm, scale 1 also has no standard size unit. How do you think 1 cm is equal to 10 m?
