What are the requirements for sampling pressure measurements of dirty and humid gases?

Are there any special requirements for taking pressure samples from such gases, or is it sufficient to install a separation container in the waste gas pipeline? It would be great to have piping diagrams for the measurement of dirty and wet gas pressure; thank you.
