For a φ2000 circular pipe carrying gas at a pressure of 9 kPaG and a temperature of 25°C, what type of flow meter would be suitable?
As mentioned on the 2nd floor, should we use Ba-class? With just one flute, there’s a risk of inaccurate measurements. Such a large diameter. It’s also hard to choose things like orifice plates.
Ba class. It’s cheap and affordable; the accuracy level is fine as long as it’s acceptable. There are also cross-sectional types to consider
For large-diameter applications with low pressure and low flow rates, an insert-type thermal mass flow meter is recommended.
