Product Overview: The DCM621BC comprehensive motor shock protection device (also known as a motor shock resistance module) is designed to ensure that contactors release automatically during power grid fluctuations, thereby stopping the motor from operating. It combines the advantages of both restart-type and maintenance-type protection mechanisms. When functioning properly, it operates in series with the control circuit; in case of an anomaly, the control circuit switches to the restart mode. The DCM621BC comprehensive motor shock resistance tester generates a composite evaluation criterion by collecting the voltage of the power grid, the voltage of the contactor coil, and the voltage of the control circuit. After the contactor is activated, it switches to DC holding mode after a 10-second delay at the zero-crossing point. When a power fluctuation occurs, the internal supercapacitor system is activated automatically, and the system begins timing. Within the set maximum time for power fluctuations, the system automatically records the waveform of those fluctuations; as a result, its operation is hardly affected by such fluctuations, thus ensuring continuous production. Due to its series connection design, the comprehensive system automatically switches to a restart mode when there is an issue with the DC holding function. The frequency converter-type anti-shaking device and the soft start-type anti-shaking device reset and restart the frequency converter or soft starter through programmable inputs and outputs, and work in conjunction with the DCS system; this anti-shaking device can be widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, and food processing.
