Which manufacturer produces high-quality electric contact vacuum pressure gauges? The sensitivity of those currently in use is too poor, preventing the equipment from functioning properly. Could the experts give some recommendations? Thanks.
What kind of equipment is it? Why is a vacuum pressure electrical contact used in it?
There are few schemes that use electric contact pressure gauges or electric contact vacuum pressure gauges to control equipment operation; indeed, they have poor accuracy, large variations, and unsatisfactory control performance. It is recommended to use pressure controllers or vacuum pressure transmitters instead, as this improves accuracy and ensures reliable control, with little difference in cost.

The measurement range of the transmitter should cover the actual vacuum and pressure ranges required; once the process requirements are specified, the instrumentation team will make a suitable selection.
The current pressure can reach -0.096 MPa; a range of -0.1 to 0 MPa is sufficient. Is it recommended?

If it is between -0.096 MPa and 0 MPa, -0.1 to 0 MPa can be chosen, provided that no positive pressure occurs during operation; if positive pressure can occur, then the transmitter’s range for positive pressures must also be taken into consideration. Just leave it to the supplier to choose the actual scope of work; they will be responsible if there are any issues.
If there is no control system such as DCS or PLC, a digital display combined with a pressure transmitter can be used; the digital display has contact outputs, which can be used to control the start and stop of the pump by the electrical team.
Pressure can be divided into positive pressure and negative pressure, as well as absolute pressure, differential pressure, and both positive and negative pressures.
