When discussing turbine compressors, it is required that the CCS shutdown signal and the overspeed protector shutdown signal be sent to the shutdown solenoid valve for shutdown after passing through a safety relay assembly. Why use a safety relay? I’m not even sure how to use it. Experts, please help explain it to me. Thank you.

Just because you have 2 balls or 5 balls, does that mean you can urinate more smoothly? According to the principle of bladder partial pressure, if you have 5 bladders, your urination will be weak and you will wet your pants. According to genetic principles, if you have 5 balls, even having sex with your wife will result in congestion; you kid definitely won’t be able to produce offspring. :lol
A safety relay? It’s just a thing used by scammers to steal money. Identification completed. .
1. The use of safety relays is a requirement determined by the SIL level of the circuit; this indicates that, based on HAZOP analysis, this circuit requires a high SIL level. Additionally, the SIL level of a circuit is determined by all the components that make up that circuit; 2. Types of relays: electromagnetic relays, solid-state relays, thermistor reed relays ; 3. The so-called “safety relay” is not a “relay without faults,” but one that enters a safe state when a fault occurs. Specifically, it performs regular actions and features a forced-guided contact structure that ensures safety even in the event of contact welding, which is completely different from ordinary relays. A safety relay is a necessary control component in a safety circuit; it receives safety inputs and, through evaluation by its internal circuitry, outputs switch signals to the control circuit of the device in a deterministic manner. In simple terms, safety relays are all of the dual-channel signal type; they can function properly only when signals from both channels are normal ; During operation, as long as the signal in either channel is interrupted, the safety relay will stop delivering its output; it will only resume normal operation once the signals in both channels are valid and the relay has been reset. 4. First-class companies sell standards, second-class companies sell services, and third-class companies sell products ; Sell all the great companies. The concept of safety, the definition of SIL, as well as product concepts and their implementation were all proposed or developed by renowned foreign companies. This is what we need to learn*, and of course there are also strong commercial motives behind it. 5. The attachment contains common information on safety relays for reference.
Let’s learn from it – that’s right; we should draw lessons from it rather than follow blindly……
I’ve learned that nowadays safety standards are becoming increasingly strict; the safety supervision agency even requires that the GDS system be considered a safety system.
