Every time the high-voltage motor starts, one of the groups of thermistors used for measuring the temperature of the motor windings experiences an open circuit for 2–3 seconds. Measurements show that there is induced voltage with respect to ground. I plan to connect a 500-volt capacitor in parallel with each group of these thermistors in order to eliminate the induced voltage that appears at the moment the motor starts. Will this work? I seek guidance from experts! I am extremely grateful.
There seems to be a problem with the insulation of your motor
I guess the insulation of the temperature sensing element has aged...
It might be due to poor grounding; the instantaneous induced current doesn’t reach the ground
It is recommended to look for the problem in the existing facilities; this is a problem that should not occur. Replace the temperature sensor and check the wiring connections. It’s probably caused by vibration.
It’s probably the temperature-sensing resistor’s insulation that has failed; there’s nothing to do about it – it’s a built-in component, and it can’t be replaced on site!
I took the measurements with the signal cable disconnected; it has nothing to do with the cable! It’s probably the insulation of the temperature-sensing resistor that has aged; we’ll have to think of other solutions...
Try replacing the temperature sensor.
