As a newcomer to the workplace with no experience in instrumentation, how can I learn this knowledge effectively? I would be extremely grateful if you could offer your guidance. Thank you so much!
Take a look at the job descriptions for instrument operators with the highest salaries on recruitment websites, analyze each of those job responsibilities, and once you’ve understood them all, then…--
Buy a set of questions for instrument technicians* 9 (field instruments) and an instrument technician’s manual to get a general idea of the theoretical knowledge, and then use the explanations provided by experienced workers on site to continue learning*
Read more books to understand the principles of instruments, etc. Work on solving problems together with experienced workers, and ask them for guidance while doing so; after returning, make summaries and consult those who know more if you encounter anything you don’t understand.
Combine theory with practice – use both hands and mind
It seems like they are all experts in technology; there’s no one like me who sells instruments. hahahaha
First, understand the principles and structure of the relevant instruments, and then learn about the unit’s process conditions. At the same time, seek advice from experienced masters. Read more, ask more questions, do more, think more, and remember more.
