The enamel-jacketed reactor has stirring inside, and the material contains a high level of salt, which makes it susceptible to corrosion. What type of level gauge would be suitable in this case?
Personally, I think radar level gauges lined with PTFE are better.
The level gauge in an enamel-lined reaction vessel is generally used for high-level alarm purposes; a non-contact radar type can be chosen, ensuring that the measurement is not affected when the material level rises above that of the stirrer.
A zero-leak gas collection pressure-sensing sensor diaphragm that does not come into contact with liquid – an immersion type level gauge that can be easily installed by lowering it down through the casing.
For dangerous and critical locations, a gamma-ray level gauge can be chosen. If holes need to be made, a radar level gauge can be used; those of imported brands can be configured to avoid interference from mixing processes. For example, models from Coriolis can be programmed using PACTWARE, while those from E+H can be configured with FIELDWARES. Or both double flanges for special materials are acceptable

And the radar is such a unreliable device – how dare that idiot try to use it for measurements? 2. For enamel tanks, why use special double-flange connections? Where exactly should those double flanges be installed? How dare that idiot try to create an opening in an enamel tank? With stirring present, the readings from the double flanges become erratic – so how can we achieve stability? 3. ...............
