There are two materials to be fed in: benzene and hydrochloric acid. I want to use an accumulation flow meter – 2-3 tons of benzene per batch, and 5-7 tons of hydrochloric acid per batch. The meter should have a digital display, a backlight, the ability to reset, and low error levels. Do you have any recommendations?
Both of these substances are in liquid state; benzene does not conduct electricity, while hydrochloric acid does. The flow rate of benzene can be measured using a turbine flow meter or an vortex flow meter, while the flow rate of hydrochloric acid can be measured using an electromagnetic flow meter. A few tons each time – is that per hour or per minute? Knowing the medium, pressure, temperature, and flow rate range makes it easy to determine the best flow meter to use.

Can the flow rate control device automatically stop the pump when the specified flow rate is reached?
