The Emerson AMS TREX stopped working after the installation update

So it was activated and the update was installed; today when trying to connect to the instrument, the field communicator stopped working and it was no longer possible to establish a HART connection.//////// The above issue has been resolved. I updated it again using Upgrade Studio today; some kind of OS was installed, and the Field Communicator application is working again. Let me briefly explain how to activate it. 1. Register an account on the EMERSON official website. 2. Download and install Upgrade Studio (it’s available on a CD or can be downloaded from the official website). 3. Log in to Upgrade Studio with your account, connect the TREX to the computer using a data cable, and click to activate it. It is recommended to update only the DD file; do not update anything else, otherwise you might encounter a situation like mine.
Normal activation and updates should not cause any problems. Let’s check other aspects first. Meters, power supply, resistors, plug location……
When updating, just select \"Install all\" – I’ve done this many times and it’s never been a problem.
