My devices are all in the field; how can I remotely control their start and stop? The equipment is too scattered; it takes too much time to go to each location to turn it on and off.

Remote monitoring is also relatively simple. A wireless gateway is connected to the PLC, and this gateway uploads the data from the PLC to the EMCP IoT cloud platform. By logging into the cloud platform and performing configurations in the backend management interface, it becomes possible to monitor the data from the PLC. How far is it, and what is the model of the PLC on site?
This friend: There are always signal cables on site, right? For each electrical device that requires start/stop control, a two-core cable is run to connect it to the digital output module of your PLC; during configuration, simply create a start/stop soft button on the screen to enable remote control. If the equipment is located in the field, it is recommended to set up a separate DCS system at the office location, connecting the PLC systems of all devices to the OPC server of the indoor DCS system there. Then, all the parameters that need to be controlled or monitored are retrieved or sent over. For long distances, fiber optic cables from mobile/telecom providers are rented; for short distances, the fiber optic cables or network wires are installed by oneself.
