Weighing module error

There is a small scale in the factory; when 12 weights of 25 kilograms each are placed on it, it shows 296.4 kilograms, which is 3.6 kilograms short. There are four weighing modules in the four corners beneath the scale; when a weight is placed in each of those corners, the reading shown is 24.6 kilograms in all cases. I don’t know what to do now; is there anyone who can explain what the cause is?

Re-check it; it’s difficult to achieve no deviation at all. As long as the deviation is within the allowable error range of the scale, it is considered acceptable.
Re-zero it; the four weighing modules need to be zeroed out again. After zeroing, verify them once more.
It’s just that after being used for a long time, it has drifted. Just correct it.
