Testing method: 1. Measure the power supply of the control circuit (220V/380V/24VDC) and check for missing phases, loose connections, or blown fuses ； 2. Check whether the local/remote switch and emergency stop button have been reset ； 3. Check whether the open/closed limit contacts and torque protection contacts are open circuit ； 4. Check the continuity of the motor windings and their insulation resistance to determine whether the motor is damaged ； 5. Check whether the control board, contactors, and relays are damaged or stuck. Solution: 1. Repair the wiring, replace the fuse, tighten the terminals, and address the phase loss issue ； 2. Reset the emergency stop and switch to the correct control mode ； 3. Adjust or replace limit switches and torque switches ； 4. If the motor is burned out, it should be rewound or replaced ； 5. Replace the faulty contactor, relay, and main control board.
