Dear everyone, after collecting diagnostic data, how can one open and analyze the data using Kangjisen’s diagnostic software? Is there any fault reference table? Why does it always have to be collected and sent to Kangjisen’s technical support every time there’s a hardware issue? Could any forum members who are familiar with diagnostic analysis share some insights? :handshake{:3_50:}
