Is it possible that the PV value of the ABB level transmitter cannot be reset to zero?
PV is the actual measured value; how can it be reset? Unless you disconnect the signal.
When the positive and negative pressure measurement flanges are at the same level. The PV value is zero, right!
The positive and negative sides of the differential pressure transmitter must both be vented to the atmosphere. In other words, the zero point needs to be adjusted under the same atmospheric pressure. Otherwise, even if adjustments are made, the actual value cannot be measured.
It is now at atmospheric pressure. Is it that ABB’s level gauge cannot perform measurements?
PV is a measured value; you are on the browsing interface. You can go to the zeroing interface and place the two flange surfaces at the same level to check whether the differential pressure is zero. If it is zero, then everything is normal
It seems that the 475 unit of yours hasn’t entered the zero-setting mode. I’m not sure if your double-flange unit comes with a display; if it does, you can find the option to zero it directly in the menu bar of that display. Otherwise, you might want to check the 475 unit yourself. We useABB units here, and their displays allow for direct zero-setting
There is a header. It’s the header of ABB. Could you please tell me how to specifically reset the table headers? Do you mean that there’s no need to use 475 to clear it; it can be reset directly in the header?
I didn’t take a photo of the step where it was reset to zero. I can find the menu to reset it, but I just can’t reset it.
