What does your instrument measure? If it is something like pH or conductivity, then this tank should have a cooling system to lower the temperature of the condensate, as there is an upper limit to the temperature that the instrument can tolerate
Instrument condenser tank, with a process interface at the top and a pressure transmitter at the bottom. Before use, it must be filled with water or antifreeze; it can also be cooled naturally. In the condenser tank: 1. The steam from the upper part rises along the pressure guiding pipe and condenses in the condenser tank, while any excess water overflows back and exchanges heat with the rising steam, ensuring that the liquid level in the condenser tank is at the same level as its upper opening ; 2. A pressure transmitter is connected at the lower outlet to measure pressure; the liquid column from the condensate tank to the transmitter remains constant, ensuring accurate pressure measurement even after relocation. Advantages: 1. Prevents the transmitter diaphragm from being damaged due to overheating when the pressure lead is too short ; 2. Prevent changes in the amount of condensate from affecting measurement accuracy. 3. Antifreeze can be added to the condensation tank to improve its antifreezing effect.
