Material of thermometer sleeve for liquid chlorine storage tank

Dear experts, what material is suitable for using as thermometer sleeves in liquid chlorine storage tanks – one for the tank in use and one for the spare tank? Is 316L okay? The storage tank is made of Q345R material. Also, when the spare tank is empty and the valves are not sealed properly, could the 316L casing be corroded in an environment with a small amount of chlorine?

Using a PTFE-lined sleeve is also an option, but it’s best to avoid it; sometimes the quality isn’t very good, or the outer sleeve gets damaged during installation, which can be quite troublesome.
Recommended materials are HAC, 304+PTFE, or 316L+PTFE
Can 16 manganese material be used? This material is generally used for liquid chlorine pipelines.
