In magnetic flap level gauges, the minimum density for liquid level measurement is 0.3 S.G. What does 0.3 S.G. mean?

Measurement range: 0.3–6 meters (standard); up to 12 meters maximum. Temperature range: 0–400°C. Pressure range: Vacuum to 15 MPa. Density range: Minimum liquid density is 0.3 S.G.; minimum density difference at the interface is 0.05 S.G. Chamber material: 304/304L SS, 316/316L SS.
