In our company, all the main pipelines are made of carbon steel, all the way up to the valves at the terminal branches. Many filter pressure relief valves are currently clogged or have leaking filter cartridges, and investigations reveal that this is mostly caused by the accumulation of rust and other impurities inside the pipes. I want to install a filter on the main pipeline now, but I’m not sure what type would be most effective. I’d appreciate it if experts could help me figure this out. Thank you! ! !

Severe water carryover. For easy maintenance, two Y-type filters are installed in parallel. It also depends on the amount of sediment.
So relying solely on installing filters is not a sustainable solution
It is usually a Y-type filter with 80-100 mesh, equipped with two parallel sets
Choose a magnetic filter to solve your problem
. If the impurity is rust, use a magnetic filter； If the impurities contain water, the existing cyclone separator can be considered.
The key is to solve the problem of moisture in the wind; otherwise, everything will get clogged
