Having been on forums for so many years, I’ve found that the timeliness of seeking help is an issue； Secondly, there are fewer and fewer experienced users logging on to the forum; some simple questions keep being asked over and over again, and others are unwilling to answer them. Group chats are better; at least you get replies to messages more quickly.
