There is a fault with the AI card, and the fourth light on the CPU is red. Previously, the CPU reported a fault due to low battery level, but the battery has not been replaced yet. The dots on the card are fine now. However, the status shown on EDM is no communication on a leg. Can this type of failure force the points on the card to directly hot-plug out the card component?
You should have AI card spare parts on site; insert it into the slot on the right. After the switch is successful, you can remove the card from the left slot. When the vehicle is parked, the faulty card can be reinserted to see if hot-swapping can reset the fault.
There are no spare parts. Can all the points on the card be forced, and then hot-plugged?
All the AI nodes connected to this AI card can be plugged in and removed once mandatory settings have been applied. It is necessary to determine whether a redundant configuration has been set for the right-side slot; otherwise, even after replacing the card with a new one and removing the faulty card, there will be no switchover. (For safety reasons, it is advisable to implement forced switching as well, and to wait for some time after the fault is resolved before restoring normal operation.)
