Who has the emergency stop system layout diagram and maintenance records?

Recently, the company is undergoing an assessment for safety production standardization, and it is necessary to provide a diagram of the emergency shutdown system along with its maintenance records. I would like to ask whether this diagram shows, on the general layout plan, the valves that need to be shut down urgently in the event of an ESD incident, as well as the equipment associated with those valves
I searched Baidu for days on this matter but couldn’t find a clear answer. When asking experts, they also stammer and use vague language, providing no clear answers.
It seems like these people in charge just give orders for no reason… If rules and regulations are established, why not provide a template or write things out in more detail? Giving just a few words isn’t helpful at all… I really can’t understand these people
I drew a schematic diagram myself, listing all the parking conditions as well as the locations of the instruments or the parking buttons. It should work if it’s turned into a large poster and posted.
