Incorrect installation method of the flow meter: 1. The flow meter lacks necessary protective accessories. 2. Install instruments sensitive to vibration disturbances on vibrating pipelines. 3. The seal gasket was installed eccentrically, covering part of the flow area and causing severe distortion and asymmetry in the velocity distribution. Since asymmetric flow occurs at the inlet of the flow sensor, that is, where the length of the upstream straight pipe section is zero, this can cause measurement errors in differential pressure, turbine, vortex shedding, ultrasonic, target, electromagnetic, and other types of sensors. 5.
