Questions regarding self-acting control valves

It is a self-acting control valve, and the pressure behind the valve fluctuates significantly. I would like to ask everyone: how many factors can cause this situation?
Check the spring or diaphragm of the control valve; also check whether there are any problems with the pressure gauge and whether the pipelines are blocked

In addition to what was mentioned above, the changes in upstream pressure should also be taken into consideration How has the gas consumption downstream changed? Is the self-acting control valve operating within its designed range? After ruling out these factors, a disassembly inspection should be conducted.
Check the pressure before the valve and whether there is water in the pipeline, or check for faults with the pilot valve nozzle
