I have a question regarding accessing shared folders over a local network; I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for on Baidu.

In a local network, using Computer A and entering the IP address in the address bar allows access to Computer B, as well as to B’s shared folders. However, when I double-click some of these shared folders, a pop-up appears stating that I don’t have permission to access the network resources; not all shared folders behave this way, as there are a few that can be accessed without any issues. What on earth is the reason for this? How to solve it?
