It is recommended to replace the vibration transmitter with an integrated one, as these have stronger resistance to interference and do not suffer from the kinds of disturbances you mentioned. What position on the compressor is this measurement point located at? What is the situation with other vibration measurement points at the same time? It is necessary to first determine whether it is actual vibration or a false signal
Try cleaning the oxidation or oil on the connection terminals, and most importantly, check the grounding of the instrument and the connection box
Is the compressor’s speed fixed or adjustable? If it is adjustable, it can operate at a lower speed; check whether the vibration levels at the two vibration points are also higher accordingly; Also, is the return oil temperature at the points with higher vibration higher than that at other points? To analyze the reasons, basic information with a comprehensive set of equipment is required for further analysis.
