Ozone analyzer

An ozone analyzer should be installed in the desulfurization and denitration equipment (to monitor ozone leakage from bag filters). I seek help from experts to understand the working principle of ozone analyzers as well as reliable manufacturer brands. (I checked online and found that ozone analyzers don’t have high measurement accuracy.)
The Pi and Teledyne-API options are okay; you can give them a try
