Our company is involved in instrument installation; for the connections of instrument cables, flight wire connectors are generally used (explosion-proof flexible conduit is employed, but if not handled properly, water can easily get into the instruments). Are there any **standard specifications that specify the length of such flight wires? Thank you!

This cable length specification does not specify a length. Just make sure it is waterproof and explosion-proof. Also, what you commonly call a flying wire might not be the appropriate term.
